OBJECTIVES!!!!

I really, really, really loved doing the Objectives! Now that I finished, I feel like a better person than just a few days ago. I feel really awake and aware, like my eyes can see things that they couldn’t before. I also feel like I have a lot of power and that I am in charge!

I just feel SUPER, SUPER, SUPER HAPPY!

On the Purif I realized how dull I was (body-wise) and while running through it I became more and more full of energy. Everything I ran out never came back and that surely made me feel better and when I was done I felt great. I looked at the mirror and thought, ‘This is what I really look like.’ It was great!

It’s Just Been A Joy And So Much Fun!

After his session yesterday, H. has been so uptone, it’s just been a joy and so much fun!

He has been smiling, singing, laughing and I sometimes can’t figure out why – he’s just happy.

For example, a visitor came over and he put on a “Happiness Show” for her; he played the piano, danced, threw toys, made cool noises and laughed the entire time.

He is so fun to be around and I just want to play and laugh with him.

My Days In Session One Through Five

Day1: I learned how to remember a specific time that has been in the past or closer to the present. I also learned how auditing works.

Day 2: I learned how to remember things that were real to me. I got better understanding about what words mean.

Day 3: I got a better understanding of looking at things that are real to me and how I feel about them.

Day 4: I felt free to communicate with all of my surroundings.

Day 5: I felt comfortable with my surroundings and felt like nothing was bothering or making me feel uncomfortable. I also felt like I was communicating with the objects in the room just by being comfortable with them.
